Did vampires and witches get along together back in the day?

Question:
Were they friends, enemies, etc???
Also, were there socities of witches and/or vampires in communities or large towns where they would come to gather and discuss issues.
I’m not meaning a Sabbath persay but more like a Lion’s Club of today. Like a Vampire Council or something that you see in movies like Blade, but based in fact and/or legend.
Where were these meeting places located? Anyone know of any tales to help me???

The question is kind of comparing apples to pomagranates, here. Witches are basically people (good OR bad) who work magic and have certain abilities other folks don’t have. Vampires, on the other hand, are dead people who have come back to some sort of life but are dependent on human blood to survive. Oversimplification, I know.
In old tales, there is some mention of councils of witches, wizards, wise folk, etc. They might be found on a hilltop, sacred grove, or stone circle. I haven’t yet found any mention in folklore of vampire councils, but if they existed they would probably be held in the most powerful member’s stronghold. Usually the vampire in a myth acts alone, preying off of a group or community of people.
Based on my study of ancient myths, most of the modern tales of Vampire councils are just that, modern.
i dont think there are any tales of witches and vampires as enemies or allies. Although a lot of people back then probably would have grouped them together as demons so that technically they would be allies or at least neutral towards each other. Although nowadays there are good witches and vampires so… I guess they would be neutral
Vampires in old legends are not very social. Just blood thirsty monsters that mostly attacked family members. Werewolves are sometimes said to cavort and meet with witches in covens and have secret societies etc. One Viking werewolf cult was the Ulfenar (Ulfendar etc…) similar to the berserkers. Werewolves were sometimes thought to become vampires when they died.
btw. I find it very odd that people feel the need to say things like Vampires don’t exist when they are in a section called "Mythology and Folklore"!!! Very odd.
***PS*** Sorry- I thought of this later and thought I had better put it in. In Dracula, stoker implies that Dracula, went to and maybe even made his pact with the Devil that led to him becoming a Vampire, at a legendary Black Magin college.

btw There are no werewolves. the closest thing to one is a viking berserker, and they are called that because they went into battle high on a wolfbane (plant) derivative. they felt no pain and their adrenaline was through the roof, they could have looked very much like werevolves, beards and all.
Well, centuries ago in history, Vampires were classified as the ‘dead coming back to life’. They weren’t like humans now that engage in ‘vampirism’ or are a ‘genetic’ form. If a corpse looked untouched or blood was actually visible from a corpses mouth (Which was actually from deathof turberculosis), then it was considered a ‘vampire’–these people believed that performing actions such as cutting off the head or shoving a stake once through the corpses’ heart would kill it. Bram Stoker looked into this–did his research and came up with the classic Dracula. From this reasoning, I very much doubt there were ‘councils’ like in the movie ‘Blade’.
Vampires have never gotten along with other vampires and if two of them were in the same room they would try to kill each other So a vampire council is something that could never happen….. And witches have always been among their greatest and deadliest enemies… Period…………………………….
They would kill each other on sight………………………………………..
