Im trying to come up with a plot for my future novel! I would hate to use vampires and Werewolves because personally i think its been done way to many times! Im looking for something new and cool.Oh and please dont say Demons or Shapeshifters:)

Evil Genies (giin). There’s a story about some woman called the "slit mouthed woman" from Japan.. Pretty creepy. There are alot of stories and urban legends about evil creatures and mythology.
Griffons, Dragons, Angels, Fairys, the usual Goblins and Ogres, Greek monsters like Medusa and Chimera, Arabian monsters like the roq (giant harpy eagle) and the island that is actually a whale, and finally, sea monsters like giant squid, and charbydis. (An awful sea monster from the Odessey.)
