Are there any websites where i can watch episodes of the Vampire Diaries that haven’t been aired yet? I’ve found a few but they all require survey completion. And if the only way i can watch is by doing surveys, is there anyway i could skip through them??

Are you sure those surveys aren’t also pop ups? I’ve seen a lot of pop ups that say "please complete this survey", but they usually have nothing to do with the site.
Stick to fancast and Hulu, where you still have to watch advertisements (though not nearly as many as regular television) but can at least watch everything virus free. You can watch the shows a few hours after they air on television. Even without the surveys, a lot of those other sites have viruses.
Also, if you’re downloading, and I’m not saying you are, that is definitely something you can get into huge trouble for doing. I’m not sure what the penalty for just watching the show online is, but that could very well also have consequences.
In short: Do it the old fashioned way and wait for the episodes to air on TV.
